Our
policy and pledge to you:
* We
stand by our prices and guarantee that you will not receive
2nd or 3rd estimates. In some cases, camera equipment
may have water or sand damage which will alter the price of
the repair because the extent of the damage cannot be
estimated until the camera is checked by a technician.
In circumstances where liquid or sand damage is extensive, it
might not be economical to repair the camera because the parts
will exceed the cost of the camera. You will then be
notified and the camera will be returned to you promptly.
* Every camera that is received will be immediately checked
and a detailed written estimate will be mailed to you
explaining what repairs are necessary. This will serve
as a confirmation of your on-line estimate and we will not
begin repairing the camera until you agree to the repair estimate.
