How to open an account with us?

Please complete the General Information Application and send it to us with your first repair.  As soon as we receive your application we will assign an account number to you and your account will be immediately opened.  It is as easy as that.

Prices

Our repair pricing is very competitive and below factory cost.
If you would like to receive our price list, please contact us by E-mail, telephone or facsimile.

Estimates

We will provide an estimate at no additional cost upon request.  If we are uncertain of the pre-approval status concerning the damaged equipment, an estimate will be provided as an assurance of the approval.  Unique Camera Service, Inc. reserves the right to revise (re-estimate) the repair estimate at our discretion.  Please note that the majority of the cameras that are seven years or older have very limited parts available for repair and in some cases these parts are not available at all.  In this case you will receive an estimate on the equipment and we will try to use parts we currently have in stock or parts from used cameras.  If we cannot locate any parts to use to repair the equipment, it will be returned to you un-repaired at no charge.

Parts

Most parts are included with the repair such as aperture bases, advance or zoom drives, shutter FPC's etc.

Warranty

Unique Camera Service, Inc. offers a nine month warranty on all camera equipment, a six month warranty on all slide projectors and a ninety day warranty on all camcorders and digital cameras.
