How long will the repair take?

We try to keep our repairs within 2 weeks upon approval of the repair.  However, if a part is needed and we do not have it in stock this may prolong the turnaround time.  You will be notified if there is a delay. 

Do you repair all makes and models of cameras?

We do repair most makes and models of cameras; however, if a part has been discontinued by the manufacturer and we do not have the part in stock, repair may not be possible.

Can you tell me without sending in my camera if it is worth repairing?

In most cases, it is always more economical to repair your camera than to replace it.  However, if your camera has experienced severe impact damage, or liquid damage, it may not be economical to repair.

Can you tell me how much the repair will be without seeing my camera first?

Without actually seeing the equipment, it is difficult for a technician to provide a repair estimate.  We can provide you with a general repair estimate or you could follow a link on the left to get online estimate. However, once the equipment has been inspected by a technician, the repair cost can change depending on the complexity of the repair.

If I want to ship my camera to you for repair, what do I need to do?

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

How much are the shipping and handling charges?

The shipping and handling charge for camera equipment is $8.00, Kodak slide projectors and camcorders $12.00.

Do you offer a warranty for the repair?

Yes, our repair warranty for cameras is 9 months.  The repair warranty for camcorders and digital cameras is 90 days, and for Kodak slide projectors is 6 months.

How much are the estimate charges?

Camera equipment - NO CHARGE! Camcorders and slide projectors - $20.00 Please NOTE: Estimate charges will only apply if the repair estimate is refused!
