Preparing Equipment For Shipping

When sending equipment to Unique Camera Service, Inc. for repair, you must include a repair form with a detailed description of the problem.  Also, attach samples such as negatives, prints and other useful information relating to the repair.  The equipment should be wrapped in a plastic bag and then packed in a box with plenty of packing material between the sides of the box and the equipment to prevent damage during shipment.  The equipment must also be insured prior to shipment.  We will not assume responsibility for any loss or damage during transit to Unique Camera Service, Inc.  However, Unique Camera Service, Inc. will insure all equipment that is returned.
